On July 27, the tourist contacted Pattaya Tourist Police for assistance after failing to receive a rental room deposit refund from the landlord within the agreed timeframe. Officers stepped in as neutral mediators, contacting both parties and helping facilitate discussions to find a fair solution. Following the negotiations, the parties reached an agreement and the deposit was successfully returned to the tourist.
The assistance helped resolve the dispute peacefully while strengthening confidence among visitors seeking support during their stay in Pattaya.
