PATTAYA, Thailand – A foreign man was critically injured after being struck by an SUV near the tunnel in Central Pattaya at 9:10 p.m. on October 29. Rescue teams immediately administered CPR at the scene while summoning an advanced ambulance from Pattaya Bhatthamakun Hospital. After stabilizing him on-site, the man was rushed to the hospital for emergency care. Authorities are investigating the circumstances leading up to the incident.
