A Dutch man died after collapsing and striking his head in Pattaya.
Lars Schoessler died at the scene of the Dec. 27 accident on Beach Road near Soi 6 at about 1 a.m.
Witnesses reported they saw the man walking on Beach Road and then suddenly collapse. He struck his head hard on the pavement.
