BANGKOK, Thailand – Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has rejected French national Kevin Dimino’s appeal against a deportation order, leaving the authorities to proceed with the removal process while Dimino retains the right to challenge the order before the Administrative Court.
The Interior Ministry issued Order No. 2354/2026 on September 7 ordering Dimino to leave Thailand. The order cited alleged conduct involving threats, harassment, physical assault and behaviour considered disruptive to public order, along with conduct officials said could contribute to racial and religious divisions. It also cited a traffic-related offence. Dimino subsequently appealed to the Interior Minister, seeking to have the deportation order revoked or its enforcement suspended.
The Interior Ministry said in a letter dated September 28 that Anutin had considered and rejected the appeal. Surat Thani province has been instructed to notify Dimino of the decision and inform him of his right to bring a case before the Administrative Court.
The decision means the authorities can continue the deportation process under the original order, although a court challenge remains available to Dimino. The case follows a dispute involving Dimino, who is associated with Samui Exotic Park on Koh Samui, and Israeli national Yaacov Ohayon. Ohayon was previously deported from Thailand after a separate case. The Interior Ministry has said Dimino’s deportation decision was based on a wider record of alleged conduct rather than a single incident. Dimino has disputed aspects of the allegations.
