American tourist reunited with lost phone on Koh Larn thanks to Pattaya Tourist Police

Pattaya Tourist Police helped American tourist Raymond Deleon recover his lost Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra after it was found by public health officials at Tawaen Beach.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya Tourist Police helped an American tourist recover his lost mobile phone on April 12 after it was misplaced at Tawaen Beach.

Mr. Raymond Deleon, 32, approached officers at the tourist service point on Koh Larn and reported that he had lost his Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra while visiting Tawaen Beach.



Tourist Police officers coordinated with the island’s CCTV control room and discovered that the phone had been dropped near a tented area on the beach. It was later found and safely kept by public health officials.

Police then coordinated with the Pattaya City office on Koh Larn to return the phone to the tourist. After checking the device, Mr. Deleon confirmed that it was indeed his lost phone and thanked both Tourist Police and health officials for their assistance.
