Central Center in North Pattaya trotted out marvels from the animal kingdom to try and spike low-season tourism with an “Amazing Animals” show.
General Manager Saiyan Nakboon hosted the Aug. 17 event along with top city and tourism officials, plus sponsor Sirianan Tires.
Animals featured in the show included an alligator snapping turtle, dragon bearded lizard, squirrel monkey, a hawk, a 4-meter-long gold python, silver fox and the largest and smallest species of pythons.
Rattanachai Suthidechanai (center) and animal lovers take to the stage for the opening ceremonies.
During the show, many booths were located throughout the area offering animal accessories like clothing, toys and many more.
There were also prizes for shoppers, lessons on how to train animals, pet care tips and specialists offering advice.
Rattanachai said Pattaya provides full support to all activities that involve tourism, especially the Amazing Animals Show. It brings a new experience for tourists and residents of Pattaya, and for those who have dogs, cats and other pet lovers.
