An injured person involved in the nightclub fisticuffs is treated by paramedics before being sent to a nearby hospital.

Six people were injured when rival gangs battled at a Pattaya pub after legal hours.

Police showed up at the Yes pub on Third Road at 3:20 a.m. April 2 to find the melee underway, with people throwing punches and bottles at each other, failing to stop or even run away once law enforcement arrived.

The injured were sent to nearby hospitals while police eventually brought the chaos under control.
No one explained why the groups were fighting. Police will continue to investigate.

Meanwhile, neighbors and online users questioned why police allowed the bar to remain open at that time, when closing time on Third Road is supposed to be 2 a.m.
