Re: A street racer: “street racing is like a daily activity that street racers cannot do without” (PM July 20, 2016) – These Street racing punks are smart enough to not do this in their local villages. In Oct 2015 I was travelling by taxi from BKK airport to Pattaya. There were squads of these scooter youths going every which way on the Freeway. The taxi driver said it was common on Fri/Sat nights. It was bizarre.
