Free weekend parking and a new shaded walkway at Bali Hai Pier make trips to Koh Larn easier and more comfortable for visitors.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya is making it easier for visitors to reach Koh Larn, rolling out free weekend parking and major improvements at Bali Hai Pier to enhance convenience and accessibility.

City officials have designated free parking areas for tourists traveling to Koh Larn on Saturdays and Sundays, aiming to reduce congestion and support domestic tourism.

At Bali Hai Pier, a newly improved walkway now stretches along the terminal, complete with full-length roofing to provide shade from the sun. The upgrade also includes ramps to assist wheelchair users and travelers with large luggage, making access smoother for all visitors.

Koh Larn remains one of the most popular nearby island escapes from Pattaya, known for its clear waters, sandy beaches, and wide range of accommodations. Its close proximity to Bangkok continues to attract both local and international tourists looking for a quick getaway.

Ferry services to the island remain highly affordable, with tickets starting at just 40 baht, further boosting its appeal as a budget-friendly destination.

Officials say the improvements are part of ongoing efforts to upgrade tourism infrastructure and ensure Pattaya remains accessible, convenient, and welcoming for all types of travelers.
