Pattaya to host Community Health Festival at Terminal 21 with fitness activities and live performances

Pattaya invites residents to join the Community Health Festival on May 5 at Terminal 21, featuring group workouts, live performances, and activities promoting active and healthy lifestyles.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya City, through its Public Health and Environment Office, will host the 6th Community Health Network Festival on May 5, at the airplane plaza in front of Terminal 21 Pattaya.

The event will run from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., aiming to encourage residents to take better care of their health and engage in regular exercise.



Activities will include a mini concert by a youth Luk Thung band from Pattaya City School 11, setting a lively atmosphere before the main highlight—group dance fitness sessions led by instructor Tararat Ruangprapan, also known as “Kru Oom.” Stage entertainment will also feature cover dance shows and yoga performances by local participants.

Toward the end of the event, attendees will be invited to join another group exercise session led by instructor Manop Naewklang, or “Kru Nan,” reinforcing the importance of consistent physical activity and healthy living.

Organizers are inviting the public to join the event and encourage participants to wear exercise attire for comfort and ease of movement during the activities.
