BANGKOK, Thailand – BLACKPINK member Lisa is set to return to the stage as a solo artist, announcing her new music project through social media and RCA Records. Lisa revealed a teaser at midnight KST on August 25, announcing that her new six-track EP, ‘PRESS PLAY,’ will be released on October 23. The pre-release single ‘SaWaDiKa’ is scheduled to arrive on September 3.
The song title, inspired by the Thai greeting reflects Lisa’s Thai roots and her connection to and pride in Thai culture. Pre-orders for the EP are now underway, with Lisa also preparing promotional activities in several countries ahead of the release. Fans can expect more teasers and details to be unveiled in the coming weeks.
