Safety checkpoints and service teams are deployed across Pattaya to ensure a fun and secure Songkran celebration at the city’s top water-play hotspots.

PATTAYA, Thailand – Authorities in Pattaya have rolled out a comprehensive safety plan for Songkran, setting up checkpoints and service points across major water-play zones to ensure visitors can celebrate with confidence.

Under the campaign “Save More, All Fun”, officials are closely monitoring crowds and providing assistance throughout the festival, covering eight of the city’s most popular locations. These include Pattaya Beach Road, Walking Street Pattaya, Soi 7–8, Jomtien Beach, Naklua, Tree Town, Wat Chai Mongkhol, and Wong Amat Beach.

The initiative aims to provide round-the-clock support for both tourists and locals, with officers on hand to manage crowds, assist with emergencies, and maintain order during one of the busiest times of the year.

This year, Pattaya is not only focusing on fun-filled water celebrations but also on building a strong safety network to handle any situation. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the festivities to the fullest while staying mindful and returning home safely.
