BANGKOK, Thailand – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (TPC) are providing food and drinking water to travelers and personnel affected by flooding at Suvarnabhumi Airport’s passenger terminal. More than 1,000 food and beverage sets have been prepared for international tourists, stranded passengers, airport employees, immigration officers, and personnel from other agencies who remain on duty. The supplies include cup noodles, rice meals with chicken or pork, and drinking water.
The supplies have been scheduled to be distributed on September 28 and 29, 2026, with executives and employee volunteers from both organizations helping with the effort. The assistance is intended to ease immediate difficulties for those affected by airport disruptions while supporting personnel who continue working during the flooding. TAT and TPC are also seeking to reassure travelers and airport personnel during the disruption.
