
PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya City officials have warned motorists and visitors to take extra caution after a section of road collapsed beside the Grand Hotel on the route leading to Jomtien Beach. The Jomtien municipal services team inspected the damaged road area after receiving reports of the surface sinking, creating a potential hazard for drivers and pedestrians using the route. The Pattaya City Engineering Office has placed traffic cones and warning barriers around the affected area to prevent accidents while repair work is being carried out.
Officials urged motorists, residents, and tourists to slow down, drive carefully, and avoid the area if possible until repairs are completed. The city apologized for the inconvenience and thanked the public for their cooperation while crews work to restore the road and ensure the safety of road users.
