PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya firefighters responded to a residential call in Thapprasit Soi 13, Jomtien, on August 1 to remove a dangerous wasp nest found at a local home. At 6:47 p.m., the Pattaya City Fire Station (Jomtien Zone) dispatched Inspection Unit 407 with emergency personnel to handle the situation. Firefighters safely destroyed the nest using controlled fire procedures and completed the operation without incident.
Pattaya City officials reminded residents and visitors that emergency teams are available 24 hours a day to assist with urgent situations, including fires, road incidents, animal-related dangers, and other emergencies.
