The project features upgrades to road standards, pedestrian walkways, and public facilities to enhance tourist safety and operational efficiency.
The Deputy Minister also received an update on the observation deck, which is being developed as a new landmark for Nakhon Phanom along the Mekong River. The site will serve as a scenic viewpoint, offering clear views of Phra That Sikhottabong in Khammouane province, Lao People’s Democratic Republic.
