PATTAYA, Thailand – Police at Na Jomtien Police Station have provided urgent assistance to a 14-year-old girl who found herself in difficult circumstances after reportedly giving birth just two weeks ago and being forced out of her accommodation, leaving her without money or support to return to her hometown in Kanchanaburi. The assistance took place on 25 June 2026 after officers received a request for help from the teenager, who was in distress and unable to make her way home. Police immediately provided initial care and support while arranging safe travel back to her province.

Officers from the investigation unit later accompanied her to purchase a bus ticket at Mo Chit Bus Terminal in Bangkok, ensuring she could continue her journey safely to Kanchanaburi. Police also provided financial assistance of 1,000 baht to cover basic travel expenses. Authorities said the intervention was carried out as part of their duty to assist vulnerable individuals in emergency situations, ensuring the young mother could return to her family safely.
