PATTAYA, Thailand – A 77-year-old British national has died after falling from the eighth floor of a luxury condominium in Najomtien, Sattahip, near Pattaya city, with initial reports suggesting he may have been painting his balcony at the time of the incident. The accident occurred at around 7 p.m. on 25 June at a condominium complex along the beachfront road. Police from Najomtien Police Station were alerted to the incident and arrived at the scene along with investigators and rescue volunteers from Sattahip.

At the scene, the man was found deceased on the ground level parking area. He was identified as Mr. David Spooner, 77, a British national.
