PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya Tourist Police reaffirm their commitment to visitor safety through daily assistance to tourists boarding boats to Koh Larn, routinely helping passengers wear life jackets correctly and promoting marine safety throughout the journey.
Officers were seen providing hands-on assistance at the pier, ensuring passengers were equipped with life jackets before departure. The initiative forms part of ongoing safety measures aimed at preventing accidents and building confidence among both domestic and international visitors traveling by sea.
Authorities emphasized that wearing life jackets is a simple but critical step in reducing risk during water transport, particularly as Pattaya continues to welcome steady tourist flows during the high season. Officials said tourism activities in the city remain orderly and uninterrupted, supported by proactive safety enforcement across land and sea.
Pattaya Tourist Police also reminded visitors that emergency assistance is available around the clock via the Tourist Police hotline 1155, the Thailand Tourist Police Application (TPB App), and the POLICE CARE Application, reinforcing Pattaya’s image as a destination that prioritizes visitor wellbeing.
With coordinated efforts between law enforcement and tourism operators, Pattaya continues to operate smoothly as a safe and welcoming hub for travelers.
