All aboard for adventure! Thailand’s Eastern Line is set to become a new rail tourism hotspot, linking Bangkok to Pattaya, Bang Saen, and beyond.

PATTAYA, Thailand – The State Railway of Thailand (SRT) has unveiled plans to enhance rail services along the Eastern Line, with a focus on expanding tourism train offerings. This scenic corridor will link Bangkok to coastal highlights like Si Racha, Bang Saen, Pattaya, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, and Sattahip.

With the expected rise in international arrivals at U-Tapao International Airport, the initiative aims to support seamless travel and promote economic growth in local communities. SRT’s previous tourism train successes, such as the Kiha 183 and Royal Blossom, demonstrate the growing appeal of rail adventures in Thailand.
