The Miss Tiffany’s Universe 2011 beauty pageant will take place from May 1-6 in Pattaya with 30 transgender contestants battling it out to win the prestigious crown. Contestants will be taking part in various events and challenges throughout the week and will face the final judging round on May 6 at the Tiffany’s show lounge in Pattaya. The next meeting of the Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) will be on Sunday, May 8. Everyone is warmly welcome. The guest speaker will be Rudy van der Lubben, Podiatrist (foot doctor). He will be explaining how foot problems can be the unsuspected cause of various maladies. The Club meets every Sunday morning at the Tavern by the Sea Restaurant located on the north end of Beach Road (part of the Amari Orchid Resort). The program starts as usual at 10:30 a.m. with a buffet breakfast available from 9 to 11 a.m. Each week the PCEC usually has an interesting speaker to talk on various subjects of interest in an informal setting.
