Winners of the Yamaha Pattaya Young Talent competition recently visited Pattaya Mail to say ‘Thank you’ for the support that the Pattaya Mail Media Group has provided to this interesting and beneficial project for the young generation. Peter Malhotra, managing director of Pattaya Mail Media Group of companies and Paul Strachan, production manager of Pattaya Mail Television were there to welcome the talents.

 

Chonburi Governor Senee Jittakasem (center), along with executives from the Labor Department recently visited an exhibition co-organized by the Chonburi Labor Department and Unithai Shipyard and Engineering. Theerapol Udomkanjananan (3rd left), director of operations of Unithai, and the team from the Chonburi Labor Department were on hand to welcome the VIP.

The Thai Hotels Association-Eastern Chapter (THA-E), led by its president Bundarik Kusolvitya (center), recently congratulated Panya Inkhong-ngam for coming second runner-up during the recent ASEAN Bartending Competition held in Singapore. Panya Inkhong-ngam, who works as a bartender at Dusit Thani Pattaya, represented the THA-E at the 2010 bartending contest featuring ASEAN’s best picks in the field. Two competitors from Singapore won first runner-up and Best ASEAN Bartender titles.


Nijaporn Charanachitta (center), chairwoman of Amari Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd., along with Yutthachai Charanachitta recently were guests of honor at the religious ceremony on the occasion of the Amari Watergate Bangkok’s 16th anniversary, also attended by hotel management, led by GM Pierre Andre Pelletier (3rd right).


Somsak Tanruengsri (left), GM for Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa gave a warm welcome to Captain Rudy Lupton (center), Commanding Officer of the USS Blue Ridge during a welcome party for the United States Navy League Thailand Chapter at the resort. USS Blue Ridge, which is among the most technologically advanced ships in the world, arrived in Pattaya to mark the 177th anniversary of U.S.-Thai relations. Peter Thorand (right), president of the United States Navy League, Thailand Chapter also joined in the party.
