Bangkok Hospital Pattaya celebrated its 20-year anniversary by sending doctors and nurses to the Naklua Market to offer special discounts and offer free consultations to vendors and nearby residents.

Dr. Prayuth Somprakit, chief executive of the Bangkok Hospital Group in the Eastern Region, consults and listens to the opinions of the people in the community.

The March 30 “Community Road Show” was led by CEO of the Bangkok Hospital Group in the Eastern Seaboard Dr. Prayuth Somprakit and hospital director, Dr. Pichit Kangwonkit. The format let community members talk about their health concerns and ask questions.

The hospital also offered special promotions, including a 1,000 baht voucher for health checkups and a discount voucher for new customers that affords privileges for several health checkup programs and other services for a year. The road show made stops in Pattaya, Naklua, Sriracha and Sattahip from March 24-30.

Prayuth said the hospital wanted to repay those who have supported the hospital during its 20 years in existence.

Bangkok Hospital Pattaya has more than 100 doctors on staff and has more than 200 beds. It has a heart center offering coronary angioplasty, bypass surgery and other services. It was also the first hospital in the eastern region with those technologies. Its medical center also offers neurological and emergency-care services.
