Sister Joan of the Fountain of Life was thrown a surprise
birthday party at Jameson’s last Friday by Mary & Walter who were
also celebrating their 34th wedding anniversary. Great times were had by
all.
The Vacation Asia (Thailand) team, led by General Manager
Vicki Chongcharoen (3rd right), were warmly welcomed
at Mantra Restaurant & Bar at the Amari Orchid Pattaya, by the
hotel’s General Manager David Cumming (4th left), for
their company dinner party after a great hotel inspection of the resort’s
Ocean Tower. The group was delighted with the resort and its impressive and
extensive facilities.
Diamond Roofling Tile Public Co., Ltd., led by Satid
Sudbuntad (right), managing director of sales and marketing, and Suvit
Kaeo-amphansawat (left), assistant managing director of sales and marketing
organized the company’s 25th anniversary party at
Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. 300 nationwide dealers
attended the party. On the same occasion, the company launched their new TV
Channel in which Petchtai Wongkamlao (center), a Thai comedian, actor and
film director, who is best known in Thailand by his stage name, Mum Jokmok,
is presenter.
Tony Hadley (left), lead singer of British pop band
Spandau Ballet, who has, over the years, earned the praise of being one of
the greatest vocalists in pop music world, stayed at the Amari Watergate
Bangkok and Amari Vogue Krabi while on vacation with his family
in Thailand. Hadley and his family (Alison and Zara) were warmly welcomed by
Peter Henley (right), President and chief executive officer of Amari.
Spandau Ballet, the band famous for hit songs ‘True’ and ‘Gold’ re-formed in
2009 and are currently in the middle of a world tour.
