Resort welcomes new director of kitchens
Spencer Kells
Sheraton Pattaya Resort has announced the appointment of Spencer Kells
as director of kitchens.
Born in England, Kells has accumulated over 20 years’ cooking experience
all over the world. Certification of his expertise began with an
apprenticeship at the Connaught Hotel in London, with one Michelin Star,
beginning a career path that led to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in
Bangkok before joining the opening team of another five-star riverside
hotel, the Millennium Hilton Bangkok.
