Mardi Gras scheduled to dance away the doldrums

“Pattaya International Mardi Gras” set for January 23.
So put on your dancing shoes. For the first time in the city, a fancy “electric
parade” will generate some needed sparkles and colors into the street and the
economy in a parade that the city mayor hopes to make a signature event for
