CPMQ launches 2BN baht condo project

Property developer CP Magnolia Cooperation Company (CPMQ) launched its
new Chur Pattaya condominium project at Carrefour on June 28, with Mayor
Itthipol Khunplome officially opening the presentation.

CPMQ is investing more than 2 billion baht in the project, which is located on
Thepprasit Road across from Sukhumvit Road in South Pattaya.
CPMQ director Somkait Ruangthongdee said the company is aiming at attracting a
mix of 49 percent foreign owners and 51 percent Thai, and much of its marketing
effort would be directed at the Eastern Seaboard industrial areas.
The Chur Pattaya development will consist of seven buildings of seven stories
each, containing 792 units in total and built on an area of 29 rai. Prices
average at 47,500 baht per square meter. Each building has its own pool, and
security is a main feature, with CCTV cameras and a key card system.
