Royal Cliff Grand & Spa Executive Assistant Manager Phan Chongsuksantikul (left) and the resort’s General Manager Alexander Haeusler (right) welcomed Democrat Party Leader Abhisit Vejajjiva along with 200 party members and leaders to participate in the two-day seminar organized at the Orchid Ballroom, Royal Cliff Grand & Spa to decide the party’s course of action following the formation of coalition government led by the People Power Party.


 

Pictured here at the BCCT Networking Pub Night at Jameson’s Irish Pub on Friday January 18 are Richard Harvey of the early seventies rock band Gryphon, Colin Hastings of Hot Chilli fame, Kim Fletcher, the big fat landlord of Jameson’s, and a rather startled looking Brian Gulland, who was also in Gryphon, who during his time with the band was credited with playing amongst other instruments, bassoon, various crumhorns, recorders, keyboards, low recorders, and low krumhorns. Kim hastens to add that yes Brian sometimes used to play most of these instruments on stage at some time! No wonder the slightly bemused look.

Thai-Swedish joint venture GlenAsia and strategic partners, Creative In-House and Colliers International Thailand, recently signed a contract to launch a new five-star property development group under the name “GlenAsia”. The first project is GlenAsia Tropical Beach - Rayong, which will be launched in March 2008, followed by GlenAsia - Bang Saray launching in April 2008.
