Following its commitment made last Rotary year to sponsor Huay Yai School for the long term, Rotary Club Pattaya Marina also provides regular meals for its students. On Monday July 23, the club gave a big and healthy lunch to all 190 students of the school, with ice cream as dessert. A tropical storm didn’t disturb the good ambiance and a solid appetite. Chatchawal Supachayanont (5th left) GM of Dusit Resort, Pattaya welcomed human resources executives of Dusit, D2 and Royal Princess hotels and resorts from all over Thailand to a workshop entitled “Dusit Spirit of Excellence” for the hotel group’s HR executives. The visiting group was headed by Thanit Viriyarat (right), Vice President-Human Resources.


The Qatar Airways-Global Union Thank You Night was held at the Toscana Restaurant of the Tropicana Hotel recently. Amongst the guests in the travel and tourism business were (l-r) Napawan Wongpattanakul, Chaiyong Suntivaro, TAI district sales manager Thailand & Cambodia, Charin Nukornavarat, managing director of Global Group of Companies, Chokchai Suttijintatip, branch director and Thanthita Srisophon.


To broaden the experience and widen the knowledge of Morning Talk TV programme viewers, Dr. Valerie McKenzie (standing-center), anchor and lead presenter of Morning Talk TV programme, along with co-presenter Sansanee Sitapan Moller (standing-right) and the show’s crew members recently filmed a documentary series at Khon Pha Peng waterfall, also known as the Niagara of the East, and at the Vat Phu world’s heritage site, Champasak University, Li Phi waterfall in Southern Laos.
