Chanyuth Hengtrakul, former MP of Chonburi was guest of
honour at the 1st anniversary celebrations of the Embassy Club
recently, where he presented a bouquet of flowers to the directors of the
entertainment complex.
In preparation for the opening of the ocean tower wing of
the Amari Orchid Resort & Tower in late 2007 and to encourage unity
among the staff, Michael Goetz, Resident Manager (standing third right)
presented everyone with a broom and took them on ‘The Big Cleaning Day’ of
the premises.
The Charity Club of Pattaya met with friends and supporters
to celebrate its 3rd birthday at Gian’s Wine Bar and Grill on
Thappraya Road. Vic King of the Queen Victoria Inn Soi 6 handed over an
11,000 baht donation from the Queen Victoria to Malcolm and Christina and
then changed hats and took the money back as he is the Club treasurer!
TV Pool magazine held a ‘Grand Hats Night’ to mark their
18th anniversary at the Ambassador Hotel Bangkok recently. Pattaya’s very
own Alcazar Cabaret beauties put on their milliner’s finest creations
to participate in the hats competition, which created quite a buzz amongst
the Bangkok socialites.
Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex (ESBEC) operated
by Waste Management Siam Ltd. in collaboration with Hemaraj Land
and Development Public Co., Ltd. jointly participated in the “New
Semester Contribution Project 2007”. This annual academic support project
aims to provide stationery to kindergarten and primary school students in
the Eastern Seaboard region.
