There will be a special meeting with Chonburi Governor
Pracha Taerat at 5:30pm on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at the Garden Seaview Resort,
Naklua: The meeting is open to all expats and foreigners in the Pattaya area
who have an interest in business and governmental cooperation. A total of 100
reservations have been designated for expats & foreigners, and 200 for

The next meeting of Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC)
will be on Sunday, February 11 th.
The Club meets every Sunday morning at Henry J. Bean’s Restaurant on the
north end of Beach Road in the grounds of the Amari Orchid Resort. The program
starts as usual at 10:30 a.m. with a buffet breakfast available from 9:30 to
11 a.m. Everyone is warmly welcome. This week, the main speaker will be John
Lambert of Elephants & Friends, a foundation dedicated to the well being
and care of elephants. This will be followed by the lively Open Forum and

Events
The Mercy Center have organised a
‘Salsa Valentine" fundraiser with all the proceeds going
towards purchasing the property for the children’s shelter. The Mercy Center
is involved in various projects in Pattaya including, slum, prison,
scholarship projects and the children’s shelter for those children who are
considered ‘at risk’. The event will take place at Cuvee Lounge Bar in
Jomtien on Saturday, February 10 starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are priced at 850
THB in advance and include a buffet dinner, door prizes, a dance workshop for
those interested and lots of fun. The dress code is to wear something red. So
