East Coast Real Estate Ltd. confirmed as main sales agent for City Garden Condominium
Friday, December 1st, Mr. David Marsiano, the director of
Shining Light Business Company Limited, the developers of the City Garden
Condominium Project awarded a contract for the sales of the condominiums to
Mr. David Gray, the Managing Director of East Coast Real Estate Co., Ltd.

The contract appoints East Coast Real Estate Co., Ltd. as the main sales
agent for the project for the upcoming year.
The City Garden Condominium Project is a 5 building, 8-storey project in the
heart of South Pattaya. The 333 condominium units vary in size from 36m2
studio apartments to 121m2 two bedroom units, all of which are tastefully
decorated and finished.
The site office showroom is now open and has two very nicely finished
mock-up units on display on the actual site which is situated in Soi 15,
Pattaya 2nd Road.

Publicly listed residential developer Raimon Land announced
November 24th that it has awarded the Piling contract for its Northpoint project
in Pattaya, in the amount of 86,500,000 baht, to Thai Bauer Co. Ltd, a
well-known and respected contractor with a long track record of major works in
the Kingdom. Piling is expected to take 4 months.
Raimon Land CEO Mr. Nigel Cornick commented: “Northpoint had a memorable launch
on November 18th and several guests purchased units. Over the coming months,
construction activity on the site will assure buyers that the project will be on
schedule to meet the completion date.”
BOI sets deadline for auto producers to propose energy-saving car plans
Eleven automobile manufacturers in Thailand have until the end of the year
to put forward their initial investment plans to produce energy-saving
vehicles if they wish to be entitled to government tax incentives, according
to the head of the Board of Investment.
BOI secretary-general Satit Chanjavanakul told representatives of major car
producers at a meeting recently that a working group would be set up to
consider individual investment plans before drafting a list of possible tax
benefits and appropriate eligibility criteria.
Mr Satit said major car manufacturers Toyota, Honda, Isuzu, Nissan, Mazda,
GM and Ford have expressed interest in manufacturing energy-saving cars in
Thailand, but they may need to consult their headquarters overseas.
The BOI chief added that the local subsidiaries have until the end of the
year to submit their initial investment plans. By the first quarter next
year, it would become clear whether a new generation of energy-efficient
cars would be manufactured in Thailand, he said.
Satit also disclosed that Kosit Panpiemras, deputy prime minister and
industry minister, is to visit Japan soon. He is expected to invite Japanese
auto giants to also make energy-saving cars in Thailand. (TNA)
