Mai Kanchanawanit, technical director of ESSO
refinery in Sriracha, gives support money of 150,000 baht to Suriya Saengpong,
director of Khao Kheow Open Zoo, for the “Tigers protect the forest,
Fish protect the sea” zoo outreach program for youth. The project also included
fire protection training and a dam inspection program.
Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, recently rolled out the red
carpet for candidates of the Miss Chinese-Pattaya Pageant 2006. The candidates
were warmly welcomed by Hard Rock Hotel staff led by its executive assistant
manager, Urs Mosimann.

Pai for their new baby Patty, shown here at the age of 1 week. Patty was born
at 3 p.m. on a Hash Monday, February 27, and weighed in at 3.1 kg.
