Casa Pascal Restaurant offers a new gourmet set menu
serving from February 16 through 28, including French sparkling wine
Champs Elysees Brut, France (Amuse Bouche), white wine (Angove’s Chalk Hill
Blue, Colombard Chardonnay, Australia, 2004). Tatar of pan-seared Alaska
scallops on young spinach leaves with pommery mustard dressing. Tomato consomm้
with ricotta ravioli. Pan-fried crystal prawn in black truffle butter sauce.

Truffle Indulgence at The Bay Italian
