Calling All Vendors! The Pattaya International Ladies Club will be the host for a big Holiday Bazaar at Royal Cliff Beach Resort on October 8. Clubs

The Woodlands Resort, Pattaya-Naklua Road, will be the venue for the Pattaya International Ladies Club July Luncheon on Tuesday July 5 from 10.30 a.m. - till midday. Reservations are required and accepted until 2 p.m. the Saturday before the event. The Annual General Meeting of the Pattaya City Expats Club will take place during the first part of the regular Sunday meeting this week on July 3. The new governing board members will be introduced and a review of the past year’s activities will be given with hopefully a selection of photos that were taken during the trips. It is also hoped that Thor Halland will continue his talk about the Ayutthaya period of Siam History. Everyone welcome, buffet breakfast available from 9.30, meeting starts at 10.30. A warm welcome for all expats, families and friends every Sunday at Henry J. Bean’s Bar & Grill in the grounds of the Amari Orchid Resort on North Pattaya Beach Road.

Tequila Reef Cantina shall be holding their annual American Independence Day Party, Monday July 4 from 5 p.m. They’ve got an “All You Can Eat” buffet featuring Bar-B-Q ribs & chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, chili, apple pie and more. The Lanna Coffee Shop at the Thai Garden Resort is offering more value for money with their daily changing set menu prepared by their European chef Marcus. The chef prepares a choice of two menus per day, one European and one Thai. Both consist of a 5-course meal which is available at only 250 baht ++. Every Friday and Saturday night bouzouki and sirtaki tunes will resound at the Art Café Pattaya. Visit the Ace Cafe at Hanuman Corner where they have many excellent and inexpensive Thai dishes, with most choices explained in an extensive pictorial menu for those new to the delights of Thai cuisine. Events

The Tahitian Queen 2 (Soi BJ, Walking Street, South Pattaya) will be holding a 4th of July Party at 8 p.m. They’ll have a big American BBQ from Bob’s TQ2 Kitchen. The dancers will be in full patriotic dress, with a fireworks show at midnight. All are welcome!

The executive committee of the Pattaya Sports Club is pleased to announce that the PSC Summer Party will be held at the Town-In-Town Hotel, Pattaya Central Road, Wednesday, July 6 from 7 p.m. Includes free buffet and drinks - optional raffle with magnificent prizes. Tickets are limited to 450 and are available from June 12th only from the Pattaya Sports Clubhouse. Members’ tickets are free upon production of current membership card (members can purchase one guest ticket only at a cost of 600 baht).
