Pisit Boonchuang, Chonburi deputy governor presided over the Corruptive Protection training organized by the Chonburi Provincial Office, joined by the Chonburi government officers and State Enterprises Officers. The training was held at the Tide Resort Bangsaen Beach.


Chaiyong Suntivarotai, district sales manager Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia of Qatar Airways presided over the Qatar Airways Seminar for travel agencies at Amari Orchid Resort Pattaya. The new panels of staff were also being introduced.


Green Leaf Standard for Asean, recently invited Ph.D. Chirapol Sintunawa (seated, sixth from left), lecturer of Environment Faculty of Environment and Resource, Mahidol University, as lecturer of the seminar “Strategy of Energy Crisis in Hotel Management” for the hotel’s staff of Thai Hotels Association (THA) members at the Napalai Convention Hall of Dusit Resort, Pattaya Hotel. The event was organized by Green Leaf Standard for Asean and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT).


Congratulations were in order for the newly married couple, Steven Keen from England and his bride Miss. Hathaithip U-Ngueng, manager of the Right Spot Bar, Soi Yamato, who celebrated their wedding at Vanda Room in the Montien Hotel Pattaya joined by family, friends and well-wishers.


Jo Duggan celebrates her birthday at Jameson’s Pattaya with husband Colin Duggan, who previously was lead guitarist in Welsh rock band Hobo. Celebrating with Jo were the staff of Jameson’s and a host of friends including the Fox family of Q Car’s fame & Malcolm Clare (The Root of all Evil).


Executives and staff of Vacation Asia, a major international tour company based in Kuala Lumpur recently visited the Royal Cliff Beach Resort to conduct a familiarization trip led by the company’s regional managers.
