This year’s Pattaya Gay Festival gets underway officially with a spectacular Viva Las Vegas Street party in Pattayaland Soi 3, South Pattaya on Sunday February 27. All very topical with the latest rumours of casinos coming to Pattaya. The street will have had a “make-over” and will be closed from 7 p.m. The entrance fee of 300 baht includes a free drink and donation to the PGF charity funds. Plenty of games during the early part of the evening.
