The Woodlands Hotel & Resort has been awarded the “Best SMEs” in 2004 by Krung Thai Bank for its outstanding financial results. General Manager, Stephan Bringer and the hotel management team proudly celebrated the event.


Alex Poulsen celebrated his birthday at the Montien Hotel, Pattaya recently. Family and friends came in large numbers to wish him well.


Kevin Fisher, one of the three brave Samaritans who helped build shelters for children who lost their school in the tsunami down south, was delighted to be surrounded by family and friends in celebration of his Birthday. The impromptu celebrations were held at the Jameson’s Irish Pub.


Peter and Tony Malhotra hosted lunch at Casa Pascal for two visiting professors from the Baldwin Wallace College, Ohio, USA. Harry J. Bury (2nd right) is the chairperson of the Doctoral program in Business Administration at the Burapha University in Bangsaen. Together with David Krueger (2nd left) the two learned men were in Pattaya to do a private study on Managerial and Corporate Ethics.


On her visit to Pattaya Martina Hingis took the opportunity to dine at Bruno’s Restaurant. Mario Widmer and Urs Heller, publisher of the Gault Millau dining guide magazine, accompanied her. At left is Fredi Schaub, proud as a peacock for having such distinguished guests in his establishment.


Noppadej Suaysom, public relations manager of the Tide Resort in Bangsaen welcomed Dr. Montri Yamkasikorn, vice president of the Faculty of Education, Burapha University and his students on their visit to study the hotel’s operations and public relations system.
