Clubs

Rotary Club of Taksin-Pattaya now meets weekly at the Woodland’s Resort & Hotel on Thursday evenings from 7 p.m. Call President Dieter H. Precourt at Tel/Fax: 038 900 029 or 01 843 8279.

UK Club Of Pattaya will be meeting every Saturday for a social get together at the following venues: Saturday August 30 at the Bangsaray Club. Meeting will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. All are welcome!

Pattaya Motorcycle Club. Tonight, Friday 29th at 7 pm sees the first meeting of this new club at the ‘Old Speckled Hen’ pub on Jomtien Beach Road Soi 9. Come along, meet new friends and fellow motorcycle enthusiasts and give us your ideas about what you want from this club. It is set to be a highly social “family” style club with regular meets and runs, but are looking forward to your input, so get your knees in the breeze, come along and join in! A buffet will be available to all interested parties, plus a great pub grub menu. Don’t forget, this club is as much for your pillion as you, so bring the missus! Skål Club of Pattaya and East Thailand will be having a networking evening in support of it’s hosting the 2006 World SKAL Congress in Pattaya. This is an opportunity for all business people to come along and meet the leaders in local and national tourism industry and to find out about how you might be able to get involved in the coming World Congress in Pattaya. Skål Pattaya will be sponsoring drinks for the first hour from 6 p.m. and light snacks will be provided. There will be a brief presentation on what Skål is all about along with information about the World Congress.
