U-thai Pimjaichon (with garland), House of Representatives president, recently presided over an academic meeting on opening a legal casino in the country at the Marina Horizon Room, Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel. On hand to welcome Mr. U-thai was Mr. Anusak Rodboonmee, the hotel’s deputy general manager.


The management of Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel, led by Suree Pachana (front row, 3rd right), director of rooms recently welcomed and hosted lunch for travel agents and media from New Zealand, invited by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. for the “TAT/TG MEGA Fam Trip” program.


The Barrier-Free Thailand project consultant team with Gearing Robert (wheelchair), Mrs. Andrea West and Mrs. Laurel Van Horn stayed at the Woodlands Hotel & Resort and were welcomed by General Manager Stephan Bringer.


Royal Thai Army, Logistics Division led students of “Relationship Development and Management to support the Royal Thai Army and Country Industry Defense” on a visit to the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (Rayong). The group had a plant tour of Ford & Mazda one ton pickup truck at AutoAlliance (Thailand) Co., Ltd., steel bar at Millennium Steel PLC., and non-hazardous waste landfill at ESBEC. Vivat Jiratikarnsakul, Hemaraj’s executive vice president welcomed the group.


Wantana Sompong, rooms division manager at Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya presented a welcome bouquet to Dr. Nalinee Paiboon during Giffarine’s sales contest which was held at the hotel’s Somprasong 1 Ballroom recently.


Mrs. Achana Snitwongse Na Ayudhaya, managing director of the Montien Hotel, Pattaya recently presented a certificate and cash prize to Anund Rodpai and his team of cooks, which represented the hotel in the “Healthy Thai Cuisine; Great Tasting Macrobiotic” competition organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand.


Steve from Leeds had a nice surprise on seeing his transport to Bangkok airport after his holiday in the Queen Victoria Inn, a brand new executive mini bus!
