The Chaine de Rotisseurs, Baillage de Pattaya
will be holding a Mediterranean Evening at Mata Hari Restaurant on
April 7. This will comprise of a seven-course menu, incorporating produce
specially imported from around the Mediterranean region and accompanied by
three wines and a cocktail reception. The Chaine has a special guest chef
from Bangkok for this evening and it is hoped as many members as possible will
attend. Cocktails will be served from 7 p.m. and dinner is scheduled to begin
at 7.30 p.m. The cost of the evening is 3,500 baht.
The Amari Orchid Resort will celebrate the Songkran
Festival in its beautiful tropical gardens by the poolside. This event
marks the commencement of the Buddhist year, celebrated annually between the
13th and 15th of April. The senior generation still adheres to the traditions
of the past, and use the event to express their reverence by sprinkling
perfumed water on Buddha images. A typical Thai buffet for this very special

The Blue Lagoon Watersports Club will host it’s ‘2nd
Annual Windsurfing Championship’ on April 26 and 27 with the ‘1st
Kiteboarding Jump Contest’. The windsurfing competition counts towards the
national championship. All levels will be represented and everybody is welcome

Exhibitions
The Icon Hotel at Thappraya Road in Pattaya, is
hosting show of vibrant paintings, with monochromes and assemblages reflecting

JND Art Gallery in Soi Day Night 2 presents a unique Art
Exhibition from artist Marco. A display of his series of works in Thailand
