It is a seasonal delicacy, harvested only in May and June, which makes it very rare on menus in the Far East. White asparagus has a much more delicate taste than green asparagus. The reason for this is that you have to pick the asparagus before it grows out of the soil under sunlight; otherwise it will turn violet and later green. So, don’t miss the chance to find out the fine difference between white and green asparagus. Either way, you’ll love asparagus! For reservations, please call (038) 425-611-7 ext. 2270-1.
