Hin Tok River Camp

An unforgettable camping experience along the River Kwai

Hin Tok River Camp at Hellfire Pass in Sai Yok is a safari tented camp nestled on a historic piece of land upon the pinnacle of Hin Tok Mountain, overlooking the River Kwai in Kanchanaburi.
Being close to the rhythm of nature, camping in canvas tents, and being given the chance to experience a natural spring pool adjoining the River Kwai Noi, visitors can enjoy a most relaxing holiday while staying in this River Kwai camp.
This resort was also honored in 2009 as one of the top ten adventure resorts in the Asia Pacific.
During the daytime, activities can provide you with close contact to nature, and feature mountain biking, canoeing, bamboo rafting and elephant trekking through the Mon tribal village, along with many other excursions.
Furthermore, owing to the abundance of the forest and being next to a national park reserve, there are numerous colorful birds, including hornbills and kingfishers.
Recommendation
Ride the freely provided mountain bikes across the suspension bridge through the morning mist. See the lifestyle of the local Hat Ngio community. The round-trip distance is about 4 km. You can also ask the resort to provide transportation instead.
