recently where they were welcomed by Resident Manager Richard Margo (2nd
right) and his staff.
Somkiet Ratanaopath, MD of the A-One Hotel Pattaya,
chaired the launching of the A-One Smile Project recently. The project aims
to encourage staff to exude the inimitable Thai charm and hospitality by
always rendering service with a smile to all their guests.
BMW Group Thailand, led by Matthias Pfalz,
President (5th left), and Maneerat Machula, General Manager Dealer
Development (far right), together with German-Thai Chamber of Commerce
Executive Director Jörg Buck (3rd left), recently presented the Mechanical
Power Technology certificate to the first group of graduates of the
Kanchanapisek Technical College, Mahanakorn, under the “BMW Service
Apprentice Program”. The program, initiated in 2012 as part of the
German-Thai Dual Excellence Education (GTDEE) program, provides Thai
students with technical skills training and helps enhance their motoring
technical education.

Rungwimonrut, Public Relations Executive of the Centara Grand Mirage

Worldwide Recognition of Excellence’. At the end of the evening, the
executive team led by General Manager Antonello Passa (far right), Royal

Chef Walter Thenisch (4th right), Executive Pastry Chef Horst Rautert (4th
left), and Beverage Manager Suchart Suksawad (3rd right), line up to receive
accolades which they so rightly deserved.

Central Festival Pattaya Beach, together with Pattaya
City, TAT Pattaya Office, Pattaya Water Authority, Nong Nooch Tropical
Garden, Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, Amari Pattaya Hotel and Nova Platinum
Hotel are united in their charitable campaign to provide clean toilets to
temples in the community. The ‘Clean Toilets for Temples’ project is in its
fifth year and the beneficiary in this instance was the Wat Boon Kanjanaram
Temple in Jomtien.
