Sheraton re-launches Infiniti restaurant with new menu, drinks

(L to R) Prin Pathanatham, Director of Sales & Marketing, Sheraton Resort Pattaya; Jack Dale Yoss, Director of Culinary & Service, Sheraton Resort Pattaya; and Tomo Kuriyama, General Manager of the Sheraton Resort Pattaya prepare for a big night re-launching Sheraton’s Infiniti restaurant.

After nine successful years, the Sheraton Pattaya Resort’s Infiniti restaurant hosted a “re-launching” party to spice up its selections of food and beverages.
Many signature dishes and variations of drinks were added to the menu May 29, with a combination of a creative and playful dining style. The evening kicked off at 6 p.m., right as the sun set in view of the eatery’s terrace. Candles were lit as the sun dipped below the horizon, and customers relaxed to the sound of love songs performed by the house band.
Sheraton General Manager Tomo Kuriyama welcomed guests, introducing the restaurant’s new “experience the destination” theme.
“Our kitchen has now expanded to provide more space with the installations of the latest cooking equipment. We also have a new chef to spice up the selections upon our food menus and our lists of beverages,” he said. The restaurant also introduced a new culinary director, Jack Dale Yoss.
Kuriyama said Yoss brought a passion for food with him from the United States and has “no borders regarding creation and using flavor combinations he’s learned around the world.”
Yoss said the restaurant now offers 15 set menus and new drinks.
The event was well-attended by representatives of local businesses and media. Lucky prize drawing activities took place every hour, offering free spa, dining & accommodation vouchers.

Mesmerised by the stunning sunset, guests savoured fine wines and took pleasure in sampling the international nouveau culinary delights of the Infiniti kitchen.
