2 cargo ships collide off Koh Rin; no injuries

The 165.5-meter CN Jumbos lists five degrees to starboard as water penetrates three cargo compartments after it collided with the Anton Topic. No injuries were reported and no oil was spilled, but both vessels were damaged and taken out of service for repairs.

Pattaya makes changes to swimming buoy design after injuries
