Pattaya Mayor Itthiphol Kunplome (left) and First Senior Vice President of Kasikorn Thai Bank Pipavat Bhadranavik (right), presided over the opening ceremony of the K-SME seminar held at the Holiday Inn Pattaya recently. The seminar was organized to give advice to would-be economists and investors in the eastern region of Thailand.


Author Craig Hurren signs one of many copies of his exciting new thriller, “The Killing Code” at Tahitian Queen on Saturday evening. The event was such a success that he’s been invited to repeat it next Saturday, March 30th starting at 6:00pm. Craig’s writing has been compared to Tom Clancy, Michael Crichton, Vince Flynn and others - reviews of “The Killing Code” are excellent and available to view on Amazon.com, where the Kindle version is downloadable.


H.E. Minister of Culture Sonthaya Kunplome (3rd left) presided over the opening of the first Subaru Pattaya Center recently. On hand to welcome him were Apichai Thammasirarak, GM of Motor Image Subaru (Thailand) and Wanchai Saelim, Chief Executive Officer of Sap Mahasan Auto.


Hilton Pattaya GM Philippe Kronberg (centre right) and his staff marked Earth Hour 2013 from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. local time on Saturday, March 23, 2013. Together with 3,900 hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands, citizens and organizations around the world, lights were turned off in support of action on global climate change.


Tony Malhotra, Director of Business Development of the Pattaya Mail Media Group was feted by all his friends around town on the occasion of his birthday last week. The Hilton Pattaya had him for afternoon tea where (l-r) Simon Bender F&B director, Peta Ruiter, Director of Business Development, Dhaninrat Klinhom, Marketing and Communications Director and Senior Sales Manager presented him with a birthday cake. Back at the Pattaya Mail office, his he was met by Rungratree Thongsai (right), Public Relations Technical Officer at Pattaya City who together with the staff wish him a happy birthday with yet another delicious cake.
