International councilor for Skål Thailand receives warm welcome from former Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya GM Andrew Khoo in Bali

Andrew Khoo, former general manager at the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya and current general manager of the Hard Rock Hotel Bali welcomed International Skål councilor – Thailand, Scott Smith on his recent trip to Bali. Scott was on the “Island of the Gods” with Skålleague Tori Phonphai to attend the International Councilors’ Midyear Meeting at the Nikko Resort and to celebrate Skål Bali’s 20th Anniversary.

Andrew, two time past president of Skål International Pattaya smiled as Scott presented him with the Skål Pattaya flag and reminded him of the appreciation Skål Thailand has for all of his past efforts and continued support of Skål, including the years of work that went into organizing and hosting the 67th Annual Skål World Congress in Pattaya in 2006. Andrew was extremely pleased to hear about the recent re-launch of Skål Pattaya and wished them every success.

Andrew was general manager of the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya for eight years resulting in the hotel being awarded the Best Hard Rock Hotel by Hard Rock International, headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
