Thailand unveils first international trade fair for content industry

The inaugural Thailand Content Market showcases film, animation, games, books, intellectual property, and creative services as Thailand seeks to become a regional content hub.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) is launching the Thailand Content Market (TCM 2026), the country’s first international trade exhibition dedicated to the creative content industry. The event will be held from 20–22 July 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). TCM 2026 will serve as a platform for entrepreneurs, creators, and leading studios from Thailand and around the world to connect with buyers, investors, and business partners, while showcasing the strength and potential of Thailand’s content industry on the international stage.


The exhibition will feature a diverse range of creative sectors, including Film & Television, Game & Animation, Art Toys & Board Games, Books & E-learning, Characters & Intellectual Property (IP), as well as Production & Content Services. In addition to the exhibition, the event will offer a comprehensive program of business development activities, including Business Matching through the Bangkok International Digital Content Festival (BIDC) and Bangkok International Character & Creative IP Show (BICM), as well as a Marketplace, Pitching Sessions, Workshops & Seminars, and a Networking Reception to foster collaboration between Thai and international industry players.


Thailand Content Market 2026 marks a significant milestone in strengthening Thailand’s content industry and creative economy. By creating new business opportunities and expanding international collaboration, the event reinforces Thailand’s ambition to become a leading content industry hub in the region and a key player in the global creative economy.
