BANGKOK, Thailand – The government is preparing three major national celebrations in 2025 to honor the centennial anniversaries of King Vajiravudh (Rama VI), King Ananda Mahidol (Rama VIII), and Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana. The events commemorate the 100th anniversary of King Ananda Mahidol’s birth on September 20, the 100th anniversary of Princess Bejaratana’s birth on November 24, and the 100th anniversary of King Vajiravudh’s passing on November 25. Each celebration acknowledges the enduring contributions of these royal figures to the nation.
